A Trevisan machinery inventory optimized for a wider range of parts and capacities

At Talleres Mecánicos ARRI, we continue to strengthen our machining capacity to offer more complete solutions to our customers. Over the years, we have consolidated a highly specialized machine inventory, with a range of Trevisan machining centers that allows us to work with different sizes and levels of complexity in valve components.

Our Trevisan equipment allows us to machine from small parts to large components, with diameters ranging from 2 inches to 2400 mm and weights up to 25 tons. This capacity allows us to assume the needs of sectors such as oil & gas, chemical industry and power generation, ensuring precision and quality in each process.

We currently have five models of Trevisan machining centers, each designed to offer high performance in different working ranges:

  • Trevisan DS1200/450C: Capacity for workpieces up to Ø2400 mm and 25 tons.
  • Trevisan DS900/300C: Suitable for components up to Ø1500 mm.
  • Trevisan DS600/200C: (2 units): Specialized for parts up to Ø1150 mm.
  • Trevisan DS450/130C: Incorporates advanced technology for combined turning and milling operations with high precision.
  • Trevisan DS300/70C: Designed for smaller components while maintaining demanding machining standards.


Each of these machines provides an optimal combination of capacity and precision, allowing us to adjust to the specific requirements of each project. Their ability to perform multiple operations in a single clamping helps to reduce cycle times and improve the dimensional stability of machined components. This integration of turning and milling is particularly relevant for the production of technically demanding parts, such as those used in cryogenic applications.

In addition, the automation and connectivity of this equipment optimizes every phase of machining. Through intelligent sensors and real-time monitoring, cutting parameters are dynamically adjusted, improving efficiency, extending tool life and reducing material waste. This level of control ensures accurate and repeatable production, meeting the quality standards required for critical components in industrial pumps and valves.
