What types of valves can be machined at ARRI?
Valve machining is a process of manufacturing parts by removing material from FORGED OR CAST materials.

We solve wedge fitting problems in gate bodies.
Usually in cast gate bodies where the guides are part of the casting, it is detected that the geometry of the guides is irregular. This is not normally a surface where machining is foreseen, but in the assembly process when the wedge is placed, problems are generated. These problems result in the need to rework the affected surfaces of the guide with the technical difficulty that this implies and the delay due to the paralyzation of the valve assembly, in addition to the extra costs derived from this process.
The Gipuzkoan company will add this service that will allow it to offer a value-added process with a single supplier.
WE WANT TO THANK OUR CLIENTS FOR THEIR FIDELITY AND EVERYONE WHO HAS MADE THIS POSSIBLE WITH THEIR COMMITMENT.
Once again, ARRI will participate in the Valveworld Expo which will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany in November 2018.
ARRI will be present at the IVS fair (Industrial Valves Summit) in Bergamo from 24th to 25th May 2017.
