Reduced lead times for valve body machining

Tooling in 24 hours thanks to our clamping systems.

Today, our customers find themselves in a very demanding and unstable industrial environment. In this context, the requirements demanded often require very short response times.

The valves are intended for the OIL&GAS, Nuclear, Desalination, Petrochemical, Mining... industries, among others. These industries cover very diverse applications, but in all of them there is a great demand for flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to urgent needs. At ARRI we are aware of these needs and we offer a wide internal development in clamping systems in order to have an immediate reaction. The valve body machining service (among other components) offered by ARRI is necessarily adapted to different special geometries depending on the requirements of each project. With in-house designed modular clamping systems, ARRI can clamp all kinds of parts with special geometries within 24 hours.

Special clamping systems

Special clamping systems are used on Trevisan turning centers. We have 6 models covering the entire size range: Trevisan 1200, one Trevisan 900, two Trevisan 600 machines, one Trevisan 450 and one Trevisan 300. These machines are specially designed for machining valve bodies as well as other components.

The Trevisan machines make it possible to machine valve bodies in a single run, from 1" to 72" bodies, with a maximum piece weight of 25tn.

Using a combination of our own designed tooling and commercial tooling, we clamp 99% of our customers' parts, ball valve bodies, globe valve bodies, check valve bodies, plug valve bodies, butterfly valve bodies, gate valve bodies, among others.

A great advantage is that these clamping systems enable the tooling to be ready within 24 hours, which allows us to meet the short delivery times that our customers require. As the part is completely machined in one clamping, geometric tolerances are also guaranteed and partial deliveries can be made if our customers so wish.

The machining of large valves requires specialized equipment, highly trained personnel and careful quality management to ensure the safety and optimum performance of the valves in their final use.

Arri has more than 30 years of experience being your ally in the machining of valves.
